The Ark of the Coventant went missing in the time of Jeremiah before Babylon destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in 586BC. The Ark was not listed in the Bible as one of the artifacts taken away by the Babylonians.
Ronn Wyatt is an archaeologist who is credited for locating the site of Sodom and Gomorrah, locating the true Mount Sinai in Arabia and the site of the Red Sea Crossing,
In 1981, Ronn Wyatt investigated the 1960′s discovery of a huge petrified boat shaped object (thought to be Noah’s Ark) on Mt Ararat. He found considerable evidence to suggest that this was indeed the remains of Noah’s Ark.
After this, the Israel government gave Ronn permission to explore the caves of the Calvary Escarpment even though he was not associated with any university.
Ronn Wyatt claimed to have found the Ark of the Covenant in 1982. His team explored caves under the calvary escarpment for over 12 months. Eventually they they found a small opening into a cavern where a stone box containing the Ark was found along with the other items from the inner court (alter of incense, table of shewbread, candlestick) which were covered with rotted animal skins and stones. The main entrance to the cavern had been sealled off and there was no way to get the Ark out.
After the Ark was located, the Israel Government closed the site before it could be brought out.
Ron Wyatt has went to be with the Lord in 1999. Twenty years after Ronn claimed to have found the Ark, the Israel Government has allowed the Wyatt Museum team, lead by Richard Rives, to excavate the Calvary escarpment again. The site does appear to have been tampered with and the cavern that Ronn claims to have found the Ark in seems to have been filled with rubble.
The Ark is no longer there and nobody can say where it is.
The crucifixion site that Ronn descibed has been located but the post holes are no longer there because somebody has excavated down from the post holes to a cavern below and then filled it with rubble / soil.
Has somebody removed the Ark from the site in the 20 years that followed the Ark’s discovery or did Ronn febricate those photos of the Ark which can be seen in the video.
The question that everybody is asking is: “Did Ronn make it up or did the Israel Government hush it up?”
